Immigration Advising Hours
Students:
Walk-in advising is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
The advisor on call will see students on a first-come, first-served basis. A typical advising session should not last more than fifteen minutes. When necessary, the advisor will schedule a longer follow-up appointment on any other day.
Students can also e-mail internationalstudents@stanford.edu. This is an e-mail account which is regularly checked during the work week. An advisor will generally respond to questions within 24 hours. On occasion, the advisor may request that the student come into the office to discuss his/her particular case.
