Meeting Rooms

Requests for meeting room reservations are accepted and processed the last two weeks of each quarter for the subsequent quarter:

1. Fall requests may be submitted beginning September
2. Winter requests-- the last two weeks of Fall quarter
3. Spring requests-- the last two weeks of Winter quarter
4. Summer requests-- the week after Commencement

Also note:

• We cannot approve or confirm requests for the following quarter before the last day of the prior quarter.

• One-time events may be scheduled up to one academic year in advance.

• All requests must be submitted no later than 4 full working days prior to the proposed meeting or event.

Note that no kitchen facilities will be available due to construction during the Fall Quarter 2009. The Dining Room will also be impacted by the construction and unavailable at this time.

The rooms available for reservation are as follows:

• Assembly Room
• Dining Room (unavailable during Fall Quarter 2009)
• Large Kitchen (unavailable during Fall Quarter 2009) Important new guidelines for use of the I-Center's kitchen
• Back Lounge
• Post Room
• Patio and Yard
